🚨🚨Recognizing unhealthy patterns is only the beginning of breaking cycles. 🚨🚨

👉🏽The next step is to search for the root.

🧐Ask yourself where did this begin?

👵🏽🧑🏾‍🦰🦸🏽🥷Are there people around me that are contributing to my unhealthy conditioning ?

👉🏽Then, what is the replacing habit, behavior I want to establish ?

👉🏽After you begin the journey of setting new healthy standards then begins the setting of new boundaries.

To protect your newly established standards/ habits / behaviors they may have to be strict and seemingly unreasonable.

😱You may recognize falling into old behaviors / habits /ways of doing things is still first nature and easily slip back but don’t worry, it’s apart of the process.

🔬🧫🧑🏽‍🔬📈Make quick corrections and use the experiences to collect data and research , through self evaluation and examination of your environment/support.

🫂You may find even after the inner work is done , dysfunctional behaviors being triggered by relationships formed prior to your new set standards ,are still helping you stay conditioned to old patterns form.

🏋🏽‍♂️Then comes the hardest part...

✌🏽you must distance yourself from those who may not understand the intentional work that goes into forming new standards/ habits.


People pleasing will sabotage your progress.

🧐Test the fruit and vet the voices that you allow to influence you.

🧘🏽True wisdom must be sought out. It is quick to listen and slow to speak.
